Facilitator Rev. Mary Ellen Ashcroft, PhD, is a frequent speaker, retreat leader, and author of a number of books and articles. She holds a PhD in English, specializing in literature, writing, language and narrative theology. Most recently she has been chaplain and professor of English at Kalamazoo College working with post-Christian, post-religious students.

Facilitator Suzanne Sherman has worked in the area of leadership and reconciliation for years. She has worked with at risk youth and Peace Prize recipients to help bring awareness of diversity and restorative justice to the community.

Windcradle is also home for our two dogs Tori and Lucy.
